If you have not paid your second tax installment, please call the Town Office for the amount due as interest began on April 1, 2025. You may also pay online. Go to the AndroGov link on the right. Make sure you select Real Estate. Your Bill Number will be your Account Number (do not include the RE). We are in tax year 2025. The amount shown will include interest. If you select E-check you will only be charged $1.00 service fee. If we can help, please call us at 207-824-3123.

The following roads have been posted as of March 12, 2025

• Sunday River Road from the Monkey Brook intersection to the Town line
• Lone Pine Road
• Branch Road
• Wheeler Road
• Timberline Road
• Greenbriar Road
• Mills Hill Road
• Deer Run Road
• Mountain View Road
• Valley View Road

*If it’s under 32℉ and there is NO standing water in the cracks of the road (both conditions must be met) then vehicles over 23,000 pounds can access that road.

All dogs over 6 months are required by the State of Maine to be licensed yearly. This requires proof of a current rabies vaccination and a spay/neuter certificate. $6 for spayed/neutered, otherwise $11. There is a $25 late fee if your dog is not licensed by January 31.
