Newry is proposing a short-term rental ordinance, named “Vacation Rental Ordinance”.
This is to ensure health and safety of the visitors to our wonderful town.
CO & smoke detectors, compliance with Septic designs, and maintained egress routes are a few of the highlights. A public meeting is scheduled Wednesday Feb 26 at 5pm at the Newry Grange Hall. All ideas and options are welcomed.
